ABOUT J.

J. BENJAMIN grew up in Hollywood, FL before graduating with a B.A. in Film and Television from NYU in 1996. After 12 years in the professional film industry, he returned with his wife to South Florida and has been a photography, graphic design, and publishing professional ever since. As a photojournalist he's covered countless local events, and as a commercial photographer he's taken photos for dozens of local businesses, particularly in the Weston, Davie, Southwest Ranches and Cooper City areas. The photography on this site is a combination of personal and professional work.
